HELP DESK

How do I Browse the Site ? 
Simply select the area of interest from the Menu Bars. You are then given a number of options in a dropdown menu to choose from, for example "Tunics” in the Healthcare. Select and click. You will now see an image gallery of all the products in the selected section. You can click the image to view the full product details, you can also choose your colour and size details and add the item to your online Shopping Cart. It then follows a payment process. At any given time you can select an area of interest from Menu bars.
   
How do I place an order ? 
We have designed our e-commerce facility a user-friendly experience.

1.Please select an area of interest (top menu buttons), choose a product of interest to you from the uniform range available.
2.Choices are body colour, trim colour (if applicable), size and quantity.
3.Once you have decided upon your purchase, click on "Add to basket” next to the product. Indeed options are available to add or delete items.
4.Please read and agree by clicking Rizues terms & conditions of sale box and then Click "Checkout” button (next to the product or at the top of the page) to proceed with your final selection.
5.If you are a first time buyer the website will then take you through the registration process else enter your email & password details before payment options.

Alternatively place your order by telephone, fax, email and by post. Please visit "How to Order”  for further detail.
 
3 How do I add and delete items from my Shopping Basket ?  
Product quantities can be added/reduced/deleted in shopping cart by the use of  the "Delete Item” link as required. To add other styles to basket, select "back to last page” button and follow product selection process. 
 
4 What if I change my mind about an item in my Shopping Cart or just forget what I've got in there ?  
Select "View Basket”, located at the top of the page.
   
5 How do I pay for my online order ?  
A credit or debit card must be used for online purchases.

When you click checkout, you will be transferred to a secure site hosted and operated by Barclays EPDQ. This is a very secure site and Barclays EPDQ uses latest card authentication methods to verify credit/debit card details and will undertake the card transaction on our behalf. Once your transaction has been processed, you will automatically return to the Rizues’ web site.
   
6 How do I checkout ? 
Checking out is an easy process.

You can either click on the "View Shopping Cart” link (at the bottom right hand side) whilst browsing and then click "Checkout” link once taken to the shopping cart page or if you are already at shopping cart page, you can simply click the "Checkout" button - which will take you to the next stage i.e. to collect credit/debit card details.
    
7 How can I be sure my order went through ?
Once an order is completed, a message will be displayed confirming, if ordered was processed successfully or not. This message will also allocate an order reference number for your reference which must be quoted in all correspondence. You will also receive an email confirmation of your uniform order. 
   
8 Do you have a Size Guide ? 
Yes, our online size guide and measurement guide can be viewed by selecting "Measuring Guide” link from any product page.

Please note all converted sizes "to fit” are nearest estimates.
    
9 What are the Delivery Costs ? 
Once you confirm your online order, prior to payment, the delivery costs will appear in the itemised billing list. The following delivery costs apply to UK Mainland addresses :

£4.95/- plus VAT per order.
  
10 How do I return goods ? 
Simply, return the garment(s) to our address below enclosing a copy of your invoice explaining what is wrong and indicating whether you would like an exchange, credit or a refund. If the original purchase was made with a credit or debit card, we will refund the amount charged for the returned item(s) upon receipt.

11 What happens if I order an item that is out of stock ?
We are continually maintaining our stock levels and will never willingly promise you an item we can not deliver. Occasionally, you may find that items are out of stock, in which case we will contact you to advise delivery or suggest an alternative. Please ensure you provide us with a contact e-mail or telephone number.
 
12 How do I contact customer services ?

13 What if I forgot my password ? 
Your password can be reset in two ways.

1.  Please send email to admin@rizues.com and we will forward a new password.

2. Select "Login” button (bottom), enter your email address and select forgotten password and follow the process. New password will be forwarded to you by email.
  
14 What about garment care/washing recommendations ? 
Washing instructions are printed on a care label attached to the garment. Rizues Healthcare range garments are suitable for Industrial launder, max 85°C.
Few washing recommendation are :
Do not mix 65% polyester / 35% cotton garments with 100% cotton or other blends compositions.
Classify garments in accordance with colour and degree of soiling for best wash results.
Try to avoid soap based detergents structured for 100% cotton.
Do not bleach garments. Chlorine or Oxygen type bleaches may be used for white garments.
Satisfactory washing can be achieved at 60°C. However higher washing temperatures i.e. 80-85°C may be used for heavily soiled garments where indicated on care label.
 
15 How do I cancel an order ? 
To cancel an order placed on our website please e-mail customer services within 2 hrs at sales@rizues.com , quoting your order reference.
   
16 How do I add my Company logo to garments ? 
For full details of logo application and costs, please e-mail your requirement and contact details to Rizues’ team at info@rizues.com
